ACE IS MULTI-GENERATIONAL PRACTICE WITH A HORIZONTAL ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE. An open flow of information between all colleagues is core to our culture.
Our office layout is non-hierarchical, allowing all employees – regardless of role or profession – to sit together in an open studio. We believe that good ideas come from open, unhinged conversation, discussions and even (sometimes) arguments. ‘Challenge’ is the source of energy and creativity – it is what drives us forward.

Over the years, the people at ACE have built the foundation of our company culture; and are the driving force behind the creative thinking at our office.
ACE opens doors in 1984 in Rajajinagar, Bangalore. Seen in the picture are founding partners R. Sridhar and MK Satyaprasad (and Abhiram enjoying his laddoo)
Its 1993 at the ACE Computer Laboratory. ACE was an early adopter and migrated to using computer aided drawing tools early on in their history. Today too, ACE strives to keep itself up to date with the latest tools for project efficiency.
